    Backwards compatible . . .

When ever a new patch comes out to fix Special Forces, does anyone think that they will make the hours that you log in with a certain kit on SF to add up with the regular BF2 game?

Im not saying to get the medals from BF2 in SF and ViceVersa, but to work towards getting them so when you go back to BF2 they are waiting for you.

Hopefully this makes sense . . .lol

      Makes sense...

Sounds like you want a patch (or hope a future patch) will allow your SF exp time to add to your normal BF2 time in gaining medals...

I guess I had thought it allready did, but show what I know. If it doesnt I cant imagine why it isnt something that could be implemented... 10 hours as AT in the sf exp could count for AT time in the plain version.

I thought they already do that? i mean if you play medic on SF for 5 hrs its going to show in BFHQ your total time for both reg bf2 and sf

No patch needed - what you are saying already happens.

When you play SF - your time, kills, stats for the kits - all goes into one BF2 set of stats.

yes it does, however you dont get the awards in BF2.

So say you have 95 hours played as an engineer in BF2, then you play 5 hours in special forces as engineer. When you go back to BF2 and were to try to get the Gold Engineer Badge, it wont let you. See what Im saying?

I've gotten BF2 medals in SF....Expert C4 to be exact. I'm sure you can get other medals.
