Logging in problems

I was playing a game last night and my cpu crashed. Since then I haven't been able to login using my original account. I can login and play using a new account, but not the one I've racked up 35,000 points with. I was using teamspeak and it's happened before while using TS, but I've always been able to play after my computer re-booted. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the game and re-installing my bios and motherboard drivers, but nothing has worked.
Any suggestions??

I fixed it. I needed to totally unistall all parts of the game, including profiles, server configs, etc...
