Stats on ranked servers?

currently having a problem on our server of stats not being processed anyone know why?
it shows we are ranked but scores are not being added on players.
noticed this problem on the 15 dec early morning east coast.
any help would be appreciated

If EA doesnt have your ip in their system then stats will not be recorded. It will show as ranked in game/ people will promote/earn badges but they will never be kept. If this happened all the sudden then i would talk to your host cause that probably means that EA removed the ip for some reason.

problem resolved it turned out to be a fire wall that wasn't fully tested before it was placed into operation, all is well and server is ready for visitors.....
