The X700 256mb I think is right with the 6600GT, I keep upping the settings and im not gettn lag I have the textures on high now.

i dont know why i get a lot of lagg in half the maps and other than my video my system is good

Integrated cards are VERY bad. Im suprised your able to able to even play BF2 at all with that. Yes, go for a 6600GT.
