There should be 3 factioned awards that let you use said factions weapons while not playing as them.

No, they need to be balanced, that will stop people from wanting to use them so much. Who can say no to a 5.1 killdeath ratio? :p

Yeah, the I disagree with the timelimit thing. Especially in things like clan matches, finding someone who best fills the position of "chopper pilot" or "tank whore" is an important and strategy.
