Glitch??

I was playing at Warlord, trying for my vet antitank. for SF, the req. is 22 kills, 16 hours, and basic AT (duh). I had well over 16 hours and when i hit 18 kills i recieved my vet antitank. But as i looked closer, it was my vet AT badge for the vanilla. now, no matter how many kills i get with antitank, i dont get the SF vet AT badge. just wondering if anyone has had this happn. ill prolly have to just wait for a patch or try to get 44 kills and get expert.

Same thing happened to me with the Expert Spec Ops.

Im pretty sure that (if you look at bf2s.com) they are closely related. It may be that you have to get the vanilla version and then get the sf version.

Technically you should be able to get both in the same round. For me - I will be looking into this in about 30 some hours when I get my Spec Ops time in.

BF2 req: 40 kills IAR
SF req: 44 kills IAR

I would think at 40 you would get a badge, and then at 44 get the other. Now in thinking this over though, you would probably have to get 84 in a round in order to get both. Do you see why?

Kills cannot count towards more than one badge at a time.

Will be interesting to see if anyone else has tried this.

I should test this on a dummy account for basic badges.

it's actualy stupid you need 40 kills in vanilla and 44 in SF, because it's much easyer to get more kills in vannila

Interesting enough, I think it's much easier to get a high amount of kills in SF than in BF2!
I suppose it all comes down to play style.
