Servers with quick "Verifiying Client Data"

Someone suggested in a thread that the rapid "Verifying Client Data" is based on the particular server you are joining. I thought it would be a good idea to compile a list of servers with quick verification. I played on this server last night and it would verify in seconds:

Here is another one:

24/7 Karkand and Sharqi
ip: 64.34.183.32:16567

Both are Linux servers that may have something to do with it. What does the monitor icon mean? Neither of these servers have the monitor icon by them.

Monitor = Battlerecorder.
You can disable the script what tells the game to verify data so maybe its this.
But then it cant be ranked. Thanks for the IPs, ill take a look later.

These servers had the rank bar icons so I believe they are ranked.

Is it a server side option for ranked servers? Or is it a "hack" for unrankeds?
