Stats not updating

After contacting EA and telling them about my problem I recived a answer tell me to go to game spy and update my country code? WTF? I went to the game spy web site and registered but I can't find anything to do with updating my country code, does any one here know what I should do?

My problem is for some reason for the last few weeks my stats medals and badges awarded to me aren't showing up. I keep getting awards like basic zip line and basic sniper nearly every night I play, but they aren't apearing.

I have managed to get three awards basic support medic and SF but after I have got these no others are be updated, I keep getting awarded them in the game while I play but when i check the BF2 HQ thing when I log in, nothing.

This is starting to **** be off. Any help.

I have seen the threads but not seen anything about the gamespy thing I was told to do by the unhelpful tosser from EA. Anyone?

Check the other threads at the bottom of this page. I know they don't mention the same EA problem you are - and they don't mention the code, but whatever they have might get you fixed up.
