sliding down ladders

OK, so I just read you can slide down ladders. I know you can sprint climb up, so how do you slide down?

As far as I know, you can't sprint up ladders, but holding the sprint key when you climb down will let you slide down ladders.

thats not needed.... but id guess ud slide a little faster, and break a leg.
