Nvidia 6800 XT #1!

Ok, so i recently moved up from playing on a 5200 / intel intergrated graphics to a 6800 XT. This has to be the best upgrade i've ever done&#&*! Fear and Callofduty2 run amazingly smooth (minor stutters thanks to ram) all on high.

I have to play Fear med/max because of my horrible ram. But the shadows and lighting / slow mo gun fire effects make up for it! The point is, if you need to upgrade to a new video card, and can't shell out some for a 7800, get this! I bought it on newegg for $170. I have yet to re-install bf2 to see how it runs..

The 6800XT is actually slower than the vanilla 6800.

But as long as you are enjoying the upgrade over the 5200 :)

Awesome news on your upgrade, I'm glad your ejoying the performance your getting out of it. My cousin actually has a 6800 XT and he loves it...

Well, that is reassuring. I purchased a 6800xt 256mb I was hoping it would hold me over until Feb.

i had one was good beta than 96pro 128 i thought
i went crazy got 7800 now gota sell my xfx6600gt pci-e 256mb for bout 150$ any takers
