BF2 mutes Microphone - No fix this crap ?

I dont get it, since 1.3 patch i think it was BF2 mutes my mic. I have done everything i can but the damn game does opposite.

Other games like CSS, Chaos Theory i can talk all day long and no muting there.

I lowered the Pci latency to like 32 checked my damn volymes and other stuff while configurating in the game and i can hear myself loud and clear but as soon as i join a squad i get muted in like 1-2 min.

I think there was a fix for this involving 'dxdiag' and changing the sound controls in DirectX.

I'll see if I can find it...

But won't that also disable all advanced sound functions like 5.1 surround?
