I just loaded SF onto a new PC. When I tried to bring the game up it asked if I wanted to either create a new account or retrieve and existing account.
Now, I don't want to start a new account, after I've worked so hard to get where I am, so I click on Retrieve Account, put the information in, it connects just fine.
So I go into my favorites, none there, I figure, that's OK, it's a new PC and the favorites are stored on my PC not the account, I added the ones I want and play. I then decided I was going to crank everything up to max and restart.
When I go back in though, it gives me the same options, create account, or retrieve. The account I just retrieved isn't available in there for me to play on, I have to re-retrieve it, so I do...no favorites.
Now this happens every single time I play, I don't mind retrieving the account (I do, but I can deal with it I guess) but not having my favorites is horrible, half the time the servers you want don't even come up.
So...How the heck can I add my existing account into the list of available accounts to log into? and how can I get my favorites to stick in there.
oh, btw, before it gets suggested, I did try to create and identical account, but it just says that account already exists so I can't use it.
