I am very happy that c4 will have to be used as intended after the patch, it is crazy how far people have been throwing it while jumping. I look forward to the end of the abuse by spec ops and a new era for the engineer. LONG LIVE THE ENGINEERS!

I have had 47-48 kills from C4 in a single round. When it rains it pours. I tried so many times for the expert badge and came within 1-2 pts sooo many times. Then the time I did get it - I went way over what I needed.

The worst an Admin of a server can do is allow c4 on/around the flag on the new CTF mod thats out , fab mod but ruined by weak Admin . Fecks the whole gameplay. Rant over.

That UAV should help though, you start up the UAV, because the detonator dude usually sits like a bum in a nearby building or bush waiting for someone to take it, so kill him and get away with the flag!

I saw some people detonating C4's while still in mid air. Like throw the C4 then quickly press the button while the C4 is still airborne. I tried doing this but it was not possible. Really got me mad had to leave the server. Hope the patch will fix this. bunnyhopping + C4 + exploit.

Sounds like if you had been able to time it right, than you would not have posted that.

Trick is, you can't switch to detonator while in the air, so throw it higher (aim up), that way it's still airborne when you land, right click BOOM!!!, send em to the forums whining about exploits.

C4 rocks, but it's pretty tricky to use at times, especially if you don't want to wipe out yourself and your teammates.

Had a good round on karkand tho. I was throwing C4 after C4 down into an alley next to the southmost cappable flag as MEC. Wiped like 15+ people in a few charges :) Then comm then dropped a supply crate just next to me and it was like christmas until the enemy got wise and threw grenades from all sides.
