28 Servers?

OK, is this just me? Well, I know it's not JUST me, but... I only see 28 servers. WTF?

in the ping range that I play on I usually only see up to 5-10 servers max for SF. Now I see plenty of servers all together for SF but with pings in the hundreds.

What ping range do you play within? I usually try to stay around the 30 - 80. I have played some 150's but stay away form anything higher.

im only getting 14 servers, its not picking up any of the multiplay servers in the join internet screen, but my favourates seem ok...

i thought it was me and id been banned, at first.

i have 88 servers generally with samemod, sameversion, populated, no password, ranked and large maps

I play servers with pings from 0 to 85 mostly. I can play servers with a ping of 125 and still have no lag. But like you said, I try to stay away from those.

while in game I usually have a personal ping of 35, its rarely higher, and sometimes a lot lower.

this is most likely due to my 6Mbit down and 2Mbit up broadband connection in my home.

Somehow, they dumped the BF2 server list today. If your server is not listed in the in-game browser, gamespy recommends a server restart.

You can restart the server by using the provided web control, or wait for the next scheduled reboot.

Sheesh no wonder! I was freaking out here. I usually see well over 500 servers and today I log on and see...32. Almost fell out of my seat.

I dont play SF anymore, so it doesnt matter to me. I have the filter off so I see SF servers, and I have noticed there is a huge drop in to total number of ranked SF servers. Im guessing that maybe everyone got fed up with the expansion pak? I know I did
