It's essentially a retrofit case (metal and fiberglass furniture) with picatinny rails that houses the original m-14 bolt and barrel.

It features a collapseable stock, rails, and pistol trigger. All you have to do is take out the old bolt and barrel from the old m-14 and fit it into the new EBR casing.

Ok, googled it while away, it is codename for "enhanced battle rifle". And yeah, i guess its like what u said.

Could be a cool unlock in SF - something between a sniper rifle and assault rifle like the G3 or Scar Heavy.
