peak time, 3 in the afternoon in Central US, might be that it will always be peak time for some part of the world, so they just do what they can, when they can.

I only get 76 servers right now, but usually get 1000 plus. But if it's maintenance, it is something that has to be done. Not the end of the world now is it.
