Patch 1.12 Freezes

Ok I have searched the forums and I cannot find anyone who has had this problem. I just downloaded the new patch last night. I went to sleep for about an hour only to find that the "Patching, Please Wait" screen was still sitting there. My computer didn't freeze, it was still working fine, it was just "stuck" Does this patch take an insanely long time to update or is it just a bad file?

the patch does indeed take a long time to patch...did it ever work?

I got it to work, installed a lot quicker this time for some reason.
