Im sure a lot of you know about it but for those of you that dont this is one cool way to find your friends when they are playing BF. Are there other systems like this or does anyone else like xfire as much as I do. If your not sure what it is go to www.xfire.com and check it out. You can even message your buddies in game. Check it out.

yea been using xfire for a while now, great programme all round for online gaming, i use it to group chat with my buddies when playing bf2 its top!!and like you say its good for joining the same games as your mates, and it logs the hours your playing which is good!!!

Yes you can, it shows server info, scores, and last night when EA was onyl showing 50-100 servers xfire was showing all of them for some reason. Its free and it takes a few minutes to download, try it out.

Been using it for a while now. Great for jumping into the server your friends are playing on.

yea sure, you can join any game your friend are playing, you can also give them ingame messages if they are playing to let them know that you are online, and lots more to, i prefer the voice on the xfire to teamspeak????:) :) try it, type xfire in the search bar and follow one of the links to the free download, its not big!!!

punisch/forgive/mapsize/map/country/ping/and so on and so on.
AND! you can add friends so you can see where they play.

yep, do it mate, works a treat, if you cant get a server on bf2, then you have got xfire as a backup???great voice chat, and group chat!!!!give it a go.

I use both. They have different services, ASE is the best thing out there for finding servers; but XFire is the best way to join and talk with friends who are in a game (via text, so excluding TS/Vent). Plus XFire tracks your hours played.
