Usually to enter BIOS you press "delete" during the initial part of booting (normally around the memory testing time).
Once you're in BIOS, if you can't find it under one of the normal headings, you may have to press "Ctrl F1" (i think that's the key combo) to access hidden options. Some motherboards keep that sort of information hidden from the user for some frustrating reason.
