I purchased BF2 two months ago, have slowly improved, even felt good a few times after playing, but no advancements has shown up on ranking. Where do I find ranked servers?

I am a novice at BF2 and gaming, although having fun. If I want to have rankings count how many servers should be available? Currently just one shows and is always full.

I'll look into signitures later.

Have you downloaded and installed the latest patch, 1.12?

I updated my version of BF2 with 1.12 as suggested and adjusted my filters as suggested. I still can't find a server that will rate my BATTLE FIELD efforts. Is it best to buy into servers that are ranked, rather than use the ones listed?

umm. do u see servers at all? make sure ranked servers is checked, and u should get a list of em. but right now, im only getting around 40 or so. im thinking some servers may be down.

if you search around in the forums you'll see a lot of people are experiencing that problem (me included) - must be a technical glitch on the server side.
