Single player team selection bug

At times, at the start of a single player game, I might click on the "other" teams lineup when You first get to pick what team You are on, and then change my mind and want to go back to whatever team originally showed up as the available team, before I clicked anything, and find that I now can't pick teams anymore. Let's say I first look at the Russian team, think about it for a while, then I want to see what weapons or whatever the Rebels have, and after that want to go back, select Russian and then pick a spawn point to start the game... Well, I can't. In BF2 I never had that problem, only since installing SF with all applicable patches.

Happens in both BF2 and BF2 SF.

You can only switch teams once. If you want to go back to the other team, you will need to spawn in, and then switch back. I believe that this is part of the game intended to stop people from repeatedly switching teams, although this would not be a problem in single player, it would be annoying in multi play.
