cant play my new BF2 SF

I just got BF2 SF the other day and when i get into a special forces server it punkbuster kicks me. It says something about invalid O/S settings or something. I have uninstalled both BF2 and BF2 SF and reinstalled them then re patched and i get the same message when joining a SF server.

Any help is welcome

OS means operating system. O.o

Try re-installing the 1.12 patch in safe mode.

Ok so i tried reintstalling the patch in safe mode. It went extremely quick so im not sure if i had to unpatch it somehow maybe first. but it didnt work.

What the punkbuster kick thingy actually said for a reason of kicking me was "inadequate O/S priveledge" i believe.

Really want to play the game i bought. Any help woud be greatly appreciated.

Run your game in an adminstrator account.
