How well will the game run with this?

I'm about to put a computer together with the following stats and would like any suggestions:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+
2GB DDR266 PC2100 CL2.5 Memory
Nvidia GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB PCI-E
Seagate Barracuda Serial ATA 7200RPM Hard Drive w/8MB Buffer
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS

Now keep in mind that a suggestion would have to be within a reasonable price range of the aformentioned parts.

So, how well do you think this will run? I'm hoping that it at least runs Medium quality at a good clip, but I don't have much experience with these parts.

By the way, I like cheese.

It should run on high settings with the 6800ultra.

But why ddr266 rams???

Yeah, if you use DDR266 you will have to run a divider.

DDR266 RAM's because they are cheap. But I've recently gotten a good price on my monitor, so I have some more spending $$$. Do you guys have a suggestion for better RAM?
