Score: 20000
Awards: Basic Knife Combat Badge, Basic Pistol Combat Badge, Basic Assault Combat Badge, Basic Anti-tank Combat Badge, Basic Sniper Combat Badge, Basic Spec Ops Combat Badge, Basic Support Combat Badge, Basic Engineer Combat Badge, Basic Medic Combat Badge

I have 20000 score and all the awards needed but im stilll Master Sergeant. Anyone experience this?

When you reach 20 000, you either become a First Sergeant or a Master Sergeant. If you lack all of the required badges, you become a Master Sergeant. Once you are a Master Sergeant, there is no way to move to First Sergeant.

If you got a veteran badge without getting the basic first (like say you got veteran pistol directly without getting basic pistol first), you won't get 1stSgt. It's a bug that wasn't fixed and therefore myself and many others are stuck at MSgt.

nope that is wrong. i got my vet knife straight and i'm first sergent now

well after all, u will be sergeant major. cuz when u reach 50000 pts, u should've got at least all the basic badges.
