It's crude 5 minute Photoshop job but in my opinion it gets the job done. I just slapped the first picture onto the second and typed Tactical Quebec in a stylish font. I'm sure someone else on the forums can do much better.

Bah not much of a graphic design artist.

Could You Keep the Blue sign Straight, without any angles. And Maybe TACTICAL on the Left of the sign, And the QUEBEC on the right Side... Thanks!
