also can you bind things like " i need a pickup" and "requesting supplies"?

Hold Q to open up the commo rose, and move our mouse over the phrase you want to say, and then click the left mouse button.

I think he is asking how you push say "page up" and request a supply drop without have to hit "Q" or "T"

I don't think you can.
