what affects how ur guns look?

I was just looking at planetbattlefield.com and their potd has a guy with a f2000 and its like grey and u can see all its details..but in my game, hte f2000 is like all blac k (same with spec ops guns)and u cant really seem uch of hte details

textures and filtering i'd assume. lighting plays a big part too.

all my weapons have really good detail and I use med textures and med filtering. all other options are set to HIGH and turned on to best quality. sorry I can't help but I just wanted you to know that med textures will still give you good weapon detail.
