Funny shaders? problem?

I just clearred the files in the cache/[file with really long name] like most of u told me to and when i jioned a server and optimzed shaders again, i got something like:

Thats a texture problem not a shader problem. Restart the game and it should be back to normal. An error during the load can cause this. You're seeing the raw models without any skins on them.
