With all the existing community sites I don't think you'll get much interest.
You can get nicer free phpBB templates than 'Surge', which would suit a BF2 site better. I'm assuming you paid about $30 for the template and then another $40 to be able to remove the copyright.

Good luck with the site. I agree with Sharp's comment though, that there are tons of community sites already. However, this doesn't mean you should give up. Alas, your site looks very much like the format of many other communities (powered by "content-providers"). I believe you should perhaps consider presenting it diferently and offering new things not seen on other sites.
