O, this will cheer you up.

I saw a guy fixing his tank on Strike. I jumped in it and just stayed there till he totally fixed it. THEN......jumped out.

I only jumped in it so he could get a repair point. I didnt even know the person, he wasnt in a my squad. Im just a TEAM player - and I hope that others might to the same.

It’s refreshing to see that some people would actually hop into a vehicle for the sake of giving another some points for their efforts.

I feel your pain brother!

I can't count how many times I've be getting ready to take off in the Blackhawk (after waiting for crew members..with no luck) when I see the enemy rolling in. So, naturally I jump on the appropriate gun and wax em, or try to anyway, only to have some **** hop in the pilot's seat and haul a**, leaving the enemy to cap the flag! What adds to the frustration is that the new pilot usuallly sucks (most DO compared to ME ) and gets you killed quite quickly.

Or...you're on the hill in Mashtur gunning in the hummer and wasting anything and everything that comes into view, only to have some **** (probably the same guy that took the chopper^) hop in and haul a**!

I've never sought revenge on the offenders, but it's definitely tempting.

I suggest that everyone take a little more time to asses the tactical situation BEFORE deciding to hop in that vehicle and haul a**.

sometimes i do jump in a tank when a guy is repairing it but only to use it to cover his back while he is repairing it and then i give it back.

I always help a fellow engy out by jumping in and popping smoke to cover his efforts.

I had a guy flip out on me with text, only to see me hop back out and run off with him standing there for a moment ..and then a thank you popped up on the screen.

if you hear the cranking...show your thanks that there is even an guy with the balls to play that kit by NOT taking his vehicle.

I totally relate to when people take the truck while I’m gunning down troops or say the adversary chopper.

I’m like so close to finishing off the chopper you can see bellows of smoke and then you start driving off all because the other player did not want to walk 25 meters or so…

Fact is I often position myself with a truck and create a squad so players can spawn in tactical locations but then you leave yourself susceptible to the lazy or those that can’t read the game.

There are many games in this world and the majority of them have rules and codes of conduct attached to them for many reasons such as fair play.

I have an aversion to players nicking the vehicle I’m using and trying hard to maintain just as I do not tolerate team killers.

did that to me today. I proceded to tk him numerous times and then steal his tank.

That's funny, was it in SAS klan, Xtra or Moongamers? Because i recall today seeing that person get kicked and he did somethign similar to me... He go banned for tk'ing the second time.

I had a guy stay in my tank as an engineer through a whole round of Karkand earlier today - that's probably the best way to go. Everytime he would die he'd just spawn on me and he always repaired when needed - never had to ask. Never had to worry about someone stealing it either...

We try to limit it when we're on our server but there's not much we can do about it other times...
