As a squad leader, can you send yourself supply drops or do you need to contact the commander for it?

Also to send orders such as "attack here" do you open up the mini map first?

You need a commander to send you the supply drops you request. I never tell my squad what to do, but back when I still cared, I'd just used the normal map instead of opening up the minimap.

I believe 'T' is default for bringing up the request options for the commander. Think there is one too for giving you the orders list too...

Have a quick look under your "Controls" flag in the game

Only your commander can drop supplies, only SL can request them.

When directing as a SL you hover your crosshair over the area you want to direct the command at and command away!

i did that .. you mean kinda aim where you want them to go? not using the map? Cause if your are not at the area the "attack here" thing will be way off

If I'm cmdr and I'm on the run and want to call in arty w/o going into the command screen I first aim on where I want to arty and then choose arty from the T-key meny. Probably like that for squad leaders too.

I'm afraid that is the way it is,

Actually is pretty accurate imagine its goin gto mark where your bullet would go, and spray and pray doesn't effect it :laugh:
