Quick way to get Team points

How do you get quick team points? Is there a map that is better to get team points on? Which kit is best for receiving team points?

Strike at Karkland, play as Medic.

Yes...medic... That way, you can drop med packs everywhere that there will be action and revive like crazy. You can actually get the gold medal if you are good at it! :-]

Play a support role...as suggested Medic is best (IMO) since you get team points both for heals with med packs (1 pt) and revives with the shock paddles (2 pts). Best two maps are Karkand and Sharqi. As team mates die, you'll see red circles with a lightning bolt through them indicating their location in respect to you. You'll also see a bar over team mates heads that indicate when they need a med pack. Anytime you're around a capture point, spam out the med packs. Don't wait for someone to need it...throw them out continuously. Join the biggest squad on the server that has a space. Stay with them. While you're keeping them healed and alive, you'll also pick up team points for capturing flags, defending flags and driver points if you're at the wheel of a transport vehicle.

Play the map you enjoy most, and play for fun. Points come automaticly faster if you are not thinking about them.

Problem is now can get teams of 70% medics on karkand and they are really easy to wipe out with amour and noob tubes, and they run round healing each other you just keep shooting and scoring. Support, throw ammo, or engineer, jump in truck and follow armour stay close and get repair points (also helps a team win its like a mobile supply box, this way you can play and eat just follow the tanks and repair!)

Hmm ,must have missed something :S

No problem Roy...you probably looked at any of the various places on the web that list BF2 points. Most all say a revive is 1 point (incorrectly). It is 2. Go revive someone and check your team points. :)

Already did, it's 2 indeed :)

I just don't get why I never noticed that earlier, in the 250 hours I've played I always thought it was only 1 point.
