Already bought it

hey all ive downloaded bf2 sf from the ea downloader and its saying that i need to buy the game which i have already done and u post at ea support which takes like 2 days for a reply but when they reply its the same thing for every problem and i just need help with this,
i have posted a screenshot of what its saying and if anyone else has had this problem and fixed please post ASAP i paid 30buxs for this game and cant even play it, and yes it finds all servers and stuff but as soon as you click join like 3 secs after the messege comes up PLEASE HELP ME:cry:

Yeah you have to have a legit version of BF2 vanilla too. Is that the case?

Okay well that solves that problem lol thanks for that its just bf2 sf comes with its own serial and stuff so i didnt think of it being bf2 vanilla being the problem thanks
