Why do everyone Hate EA so **** much?!

Why is it?!

I personally think BF2 is one of the best games ive played so far, best graphics and some of the best gameplay etc. Well some of their other games aint to good but wth then ofcourse I dont play them, every game producing companies have their bad games. What also makes BF2 one of the best games ever is its amazing mod capability

In my oppinion everyone complaining has probably just finished playing on some laggy server (which probably also was overcrowded) or they just been noob tubed by some n00b :p

I dont think ppl hate EA there just upset with the customer service they have,i have only one problem with EA/Dice and thats is they need to keep the community up to date on things to let us know they are working on fixing certain things,unlike now you get a update seem like once every other mouth

On a plus note, the people I know that work for EA practically live there because they love their job so much. I hate EA because they didn't hire me when I applied as a inhouse beta tester... bastards! lol

why hate EA? before dice had EA bossing them around, they made a game called bf1942 wich was amazing and everything was perfect and with loads of updates allways thinking about the satisfaction of the costumer/player, suddenly EA takes over dice and what happens? they release a game wich was supposed to have cevilian vehicles, grappling hooks and stuff like that, but suddenly they take the stuff off the game saying it would not improve the game experience and some months after they release an expansion pack with it and make loads of extra money from something that should be in the game since the biggining.
and in that expansion pack they give the ppl that have it an advantage over other players, just to make everyone else buy it (good thing there is a way to get the weapons if u have very good friends)

i agree that the expansion must be very good and quite fun but i didn like the way u have to pay for something that we should have got from the bigining.

i think the premise of it is that EA like to buy in to companies too publish there games with little thought other than profit.

People don't hate Dice, Dice created a great game, people hate EA for forcing the people at Dice too rush out a barely finished buggy nightmare of what the creators intended it to be.

I'm not even going to try telling you why EA deserves the hate they receive from our community, as your post suggests you probably wouldn't listen regardless of how much I pointed out. However, I do want to reply to this in particular:

I agree, the game DOES have amazing mod capability, but the way EA handles that is one of the reasons everyone hates EA so much. The mod teams have been handed a beta set of mod tools that were late and still not patched and hardly supported except by a forum of other community members, as well as plenty of things are simply hardcoded in the game that mod teams can't mod. It's almost as if EA is trying to hinder mod development, and that's one of the reasons everyone hates EA.

Good thing is, the mod teams will bring us great mods as long as EA simply doesn't disallow all modding to BF2, so it's just a matter of time. :)

the fact that 30% of people have had or stlil have some kind of problem with BF2...is why people dont like EA
