for the wcr: do i have to have a win/loss ratio from 3/1 with every army?
example: does it count if i have 0 wins with usa, but i have 100 wins with china?
and do the sf armies count too?

nope its just a global 3:1 ratio, so play on any team/map you want. Im not sure about SF, but I would guess thats included also.
