That happens when someone is revived not near their kit so they are "kit less."

But, it could alsop be a bug. . .sometimes I see my friend running around without a kit, but when questioned, he will say he has one.

I dont know about seeing the infra red..but just yesterday I was "kitless". I was dead and when i got revived, I think someone had taken my kit and his hadr disappeared. I was revived but I had no weapons to select. It wasnt until I ran around and grabbed another kit that I was able to select a weapon

that is the dumbest bug I have experienced yet.

I dont think its a bug.......from the testing we have done its when you revive someone too many times in a row.....almost like anti padding!

This is common and I see it very often.
And I believe DICE canada is to blame rather than EA.

nah its a bug that happends when the kit is too far away from the body when you revive them. Happends all the time on that lift thing on iron gator as the kit falls through it. I try to revive on that as much as possible so i can have a laff at them running off with no kit looking like retards and going "WTF?????"
