Anyone know the technique to swirl around a target in the AH-1Z?

Like flying in at full speed and fly circles around a tank while blasting it with rockets?

I've seen a few pilots use the technique and I can do it sometimes, but I haven't fully figured it out yet.

yea i cant seem to get that angle too. I always thought it was only achievable using a joystick.

I use only the keyboard to fly it.

        The way I figured it:

        1. Fly straight with a certain speed to get momentum.

        2. Find a way to get the head of your chopper to point 90 degrees from your initial direction. I'd suggest rolling your copter so that it's sideways and than pitch down.

        3. Once you have step 2, hold on the rudder that points to your initial speed (if you pointed right hold onto the left rudder). At this point, the rudder should keep you in a circular motion.

It only works some of the time for me.
