Need Urgent Help!

ok i am doing a school project..its 3:48pm..i need it done by tommorow, for some reason my recored files tured out to be quciktime files....i cant do it again go no time at all.....i need some suggestions for a program that will turn quicktime into avi or somthing please...or i will get really bad marks:cry:
