What's goin on?

So, to start off, i have a crappy system as follows:

geforce fx 5500
pentium 4 2.26 Ghz
768 ram
120 gb hard drive
integrated sound

Before the recent patch, i was able to play on this system at all low with little lag problems. I usually got about 20-25 fps. Since the patch all of the sudden, the game is practically unplayable with an average of 15 fps. I just updated the
nforce drivers and that didnt do it, i don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions?

The patch broke SF and BF2. EA knows about it but it appears they dont care, and have made no comments regarding this issue. Hopefully they will fix what the patch broke someday.

Your not alone with performance problems, where you had none before.
