On the Surge Map, behind the rocket launch pad is a 3 story concrete control tower with an elevator and a vent tunnel with grate removed so you can crawl through it.
Somebody posted here a couple days ago with photos showing how you can get into some secret room or something. I was able to do anything neat. Can someone tell me where the thread is that has the secret info, or tell me what the hell to do?
