18+ kills is way hard!people who have it are 95% stat padders or 5% ass!

I have vet but when i see someone with expert i think cheat?

I love knifing at night time also, I use the radar a lot and see which way they are pointed and than sprint up on them. I like to knife snipers all the time, but what I really like to do is when sniper is on edge of roof you go up to them and push them off the edge.

Knifing a sniper dont make you hard. It makes you lame. Anyone can do that. Same with knifing at a spawn point. It dont mater if its a gun or a knife, its still rape.

the keyword is 'stealth' you dont have a chance agains a guy in front of you holding a gun... and it is VERY rare to find someone who wants challange and pulls out his knife, mostly ppl so lame they just shoot you in the faci with their DAO or PKM or whatever... and even if you happen to find a REAL 'MAN' than eventually an ass will come out of the nover and shoot you both -.- so lame....

i was sas on night flight... its easier cos the insurgents show up nicely hehe i had a good commander who kept uaving and the teams were fairly balanced...the ticket count was going down very very very very slowly...

basically for a while i went to the main insurgent flag with another teammate....we neutralised hte flag and i grapple hooked onto the little building on the roof....waited ofr the enemy to come then knifed a few...then i jus noob tubed the rest (im so sorry) and basically haunted that building knifing ppl who came to cap the flag...then i used a quad to jus drive around the map intercepting snipers and squads that were going for flags or the uav had showed up....was quite easy when under those conditions but it can be very hard...u have to know where people are otherwise ur screwed...

But back in the earlier days.
One of the members here at a knife/pistol only server.
I was one of the many (you know who you are)
who got Veteran Pistol and Expert Knife.

Hey, I just made 23kills IAR with knife. And what happend??? ********!!!!! I got veteran and 100+++ kills with knife and it gave me BASIC, than staff officer ribbon and basic commander badge... WTF?!?!? the server didnt recive my stats i think..... is there any way to fix it??????

ps.: no, I wont explode of anger...... no ...noo..nnooo NOOOOAOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg.... I cant believe I finally got it... :) I made a 15, 17,17 runs today so I was so angry you woudnt believe.... than I got it...I got itI got itI got itI got itI got it COOOL, i hopw bf2s will update it soon...
I had 126kills when I first thought of getting this badge, now I have ~400, that kind of practise made me much much better..... sometimes I had to shoot a guy cus I knew he will shoot me with his dao, and shooting these bastards wasnt even a challange, I almost win every gun-duel.

At the end of the round i had 147 points xD... my best ever... and I need only 55 points for my promotion

I am very ashamed. I can't even get my basic. I'm alright with the knife, but I never end up having the time (I'm not the type of guy who charges out into the battleknife wielding the oh so deadly steak knife... I use it only when I know I'll get the kill or if I know I have a good chance at getting the kill)

I guess you could say I am very inexperienced with the knife.

All basic seem way too easy after 200hrs of playtime, even after 50 i guess.

hmm...Ghost Town is a good map. Wait for the enemy to cap the Convoy and camp the upper spawn. Always snipers up there just waiting to get knifed. Also if you play Spec Ops, use your zip line to get from building to building.

To get expert, I've said this about 100 times before. Have a friend be your squad leader and have him hide near a spawn point. Sharqi is a great map do to this on. Spawn, knife some people...die....spawn on squad leader again.

Devils could be a good one, but it's kind of a big map even for a full 64 players.

Knife fight if your SAS, stalk the spawn point west (i think) of the helo pad. That is another place where snipers like to hang out.
