The thing is, what does this guy really think he's going to do?

It take him longer to make a new account that it does for a mod to delete/ban it. The only time he's really wasting is his own.

As to the very thinly vieled threat, what's he gonna do? He's gonna "hack" the server? Yeah, right. If he was a hacker, he'd be smart enough to never make a threat. Ya just do it and be gone before the dust settles. Besides, we've seen him post. He simply isn't smart enough to be a hacker.

The best he might be is a run-of-the-mill script kiddie. In that case, he might try to run a few apps he's found then be suprised when DP et al have him traced to is IP and disconnected (possibly even charged).

Regaurdless, no matter what he does all of us are just gonna be treated to some cheap laughs at his expense. Any effort at all on his behalf is just pathetic.
