We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Welcome to the club. I bought BF2 and BF2: SF also and installed the 1.12 patch. It screwed up everything and now I can't get rid of the stupid invalid key error.
Today I have gotten:
1. EA downloader error (number w/o description)
2. EA Downloader can't install (number w/o description)
3. Installation freezes
4. When its installed it tells me to insert install cd (but i downloaded it)
5. I try to patch it to 1.12, it tells me i don't have 3gb ( i have more than 10)
6. I try playing on 1.11 (ppl said 1.12 is screwd up) I then try to join a server, but guess what, CD-KEY INVALID (HOW I JUST DOWNLOADED IT)
I ask for help on EA support, they gave me hints on how to beat the sims on an automated message.
