When shooting at water no splash

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this. Me and a friend of
mine both noticed now for some reason if you shoot at water with
personal weapons , there is no splash anymore. There was before
seems after update there isn't any.

No I have the same as I did before, all high settings. Never had
a problem before. Are the splashes working ok for you Psycho?

Yeah? hmm. I get the splashes when the vehicles shoot water. Just
not players. Real strange. I know it worked before.

I read somewhere about this, ever since the new patch, cant remember if it was the 1.03 or 1.12, the water splashes haven't worked.

I get this issue also, its quite annoying when your in the water because you cant tell if someone is shooting at you until the land a few bullets in your back!

the bullet splashes seem to work fine in single player but not multiplayer:hmm:

lol yea that's pretty sad, thank god i got bf1942 in late 2003 i think... then bfv.. and now bf2!

Supposably bf1942 had a bunch of problems when it was first released.

Really? I hadn't tried the single in a long time. That's weird though.
