Uk Tactical Servers?

Anyone know of any good UK servers that actually use the voip to talk in squads? I find it extremely annoying having to hop around servers trying to find a decent squad who communicate every time i play. I am sure there are others out there like me who havent got the time to join a clan but still want to enjoy the full benefits of the game.
