I read recently in Electronic Gaming Monthly that the copyright on the original Nintendo system ran out so now 3rd party developers are making new nintendos that have wireless controllers and such. One question though: what about the copyrights on the games? does this mean my emulator is legal now? If anybody knows anything about this subject post here.
