this pops up straight after i click join game after it has loaded and everytinh only happens for special fotces maps..

Install BF2 > install 1.12 > install SF > Install 1.12 again (YES AGAIN) > done.

Do you have eny preavious pach versions in it.
If so you may have to reinstall bf2 with only the 1.12 pach.

Every pach I hade to reinstall the game to remove the previous paches
and install the new one.(And only the new one) And every time it worked like a charm.

Dont know why this is...Im guessing its becouse EA sucks ass.
