If this game is based in the near future than shouldn't the US be using the XM8 ?? It has variations that cover almost all the Kits. or does dice think that there will be some scam that keeps it out of use?

oh and it was only called the xm8 cause it was "experimental" still, if it had been adapted, it would just be called the M8

Well, there are ppl who think the MX8 needs to get rejected because its not "US made" ("evil german nazi gun" )
Anyways ... the SCAR FN or XCR are quite intresting too.
Too bad, the MX8 and the MX25 would have made a nice couple
