Server for connecting is up

Well it is for me, but i dont have any of my unlocks, in the BFHQ shows my rank and everything, but on the game, it does not, im a corporal, or whatever is the lowest, so is everyone else, and no weapons, i guess it could be worse, it could still be down.

Mines been up for a couple of hours, had all my weapons ect

On some servers I have found that I don't have any unlocks. On one server, the unlocks just "unlocked" themselves after about a minute of the unlocks being unavailable. I don't really know why this is, probably a bug caused by the 1.12 patch.
