don't know about the army ribons, and the flying ribon isn't possible to , I just managed to get the chopper ribon in SF

I have the same problem, i have played 10+hours as SAS, Seals and Spetznack, but no ribbon, Are hte other ribbons locket to, heli, armor etc.??

No. The medals are also I belive but not sure since no one has 3000 hours played yet.
